I am a wife, caretaker of my mom, and a mom to three cats! I also have an amazing stepdaughter who has been a great inspiration to me. I have been doing relaxation massage combined with stretching for over 26 years. I have experience doing yoga therapy, stretching with Akron Universities basketball team and have been teaching yoga classes in studios and gyms since 2011! My personal and professional life, I know how stress can affect our lives! I have been privileged to meet and experience different cultures, people of different histories and backgrounds!
